Is Exhibitline the Best Trade Show Display System?

One of the cool things about a blog is you get to speak your mind and today I feel like doing just that.  Quite simply, I can't think of another display that is better all-around than the Exhibitline Portable Display System.   I had a recent visit from the owner of Pascale Engineering, the creator of Exhibitline, and I just continue to be amazed by the quality, innovation and affordability the product offers.

The Exhibitline offers products in a number of different categories and I encourage you to browse our main website and check out some of the various options. I'll just take a little time to go over some of the basics.

Counters

Rd454exhibitlinetradeshowreceptionThe Exhibitline Counters can perform in a variety of environments.  The fact that they are lightweight and quick to set up makes them excellent choices for trade shows, and their unique style and design quality allows them to function in a variety of other environments.  The counter infills can spotlight stylish graphics, translucent plex or laminate.

Backwalls

10x10exhibitlinetradeshowdisplaysex The standard Exhibitline Trade Show Backwalls are easily the most versatile and cost-effective trade show displays available.  Our most popular unit, the EX1V, features two counters, plex wings, the ability to mount LCD monitors above each counter and, oh yeah, it packs in just one flat packing case with wheels.  Yeah Baby!

Kiosks

Ex3mgexhibitlineworkstationtradesho The versatility of Exhibitline makes this system ideal for creating effective kiosks.  The kits we list are just the beginning.  If you need help putting together some custom options, contact the guys at displayit.com

Portable Counters for Trade Shows & Events

One of the toughest things to do in event marketing is selecting the right portable counter.  When creating a portable cExhibitline_podium1ounter, you have to take a number of factors into consideration. First, how much weight does the counter need to support? How portable does it need to be?  What is your budget?  You have to be willing to give something up in one area to gain something in another.  There simply isn't a portable counter that supports 500 lbs, weighs less than 50 lbs and costs less than $100.  Today I want to go over some products that you might find interesting and put some ideas out there...

We just produced an all graphic counter like the one above.  It is an Exhibitline Pedestal Counter that features Exhibitline_podium2_2 full-color printed graphic panels.  This counter features an open back with a shelf and is very light weight.  It will support over 200lbs. You can pack two of these units in a single shipping case.  The Legend Portable Counter supports over 300 lbs and has a huge storage area and door.  The counter can be finished with a variety of laminates and the counter and case is available for under $1200.  Finally, if you are looking for a system that is light weight and affordable, I would encourage you to consider looking at Solo_podium the SOLO counter system. The SOLO provides a lightweight counter that is great for spotlighting graphics and easy to transport.  However, if you are looking for a counter to ship on a consistent basis, I would encourage you to consider the Exhibitline or Legend systems.

The Importance of Authenticity at Trade Shows

Last month I talked about the importance of bringing passion to your trade show events.  Today I came across a great article by Jim Gilmore in Corporate EVENT Magazine called Authenticity: The Essential New Event Currency. The article talks about how consumers want to do business with companies they can believe in and how events can make them believe in a company.  I consider it required reading as you get ready for your weekend.

Quality vs. Economy: How Do You Decide?

Over the last 10 years there have been a number of new economy trade show display options that have found their way onto the market.  Exhibitors see a very large price difference among banner stands, counters and pop-up displays.  Prices on 33.5" banner stands with graphics can range from $299 to $799. Today I want to go over some of the reasons that these price differences exist and give you some ideas for making sure that you get the best display value available....

Meet a Trade Show Graphic's Best Friend

Good morning to everyone!  Today I have a simple public service announcement brought to you by your favorite trade show graphics.  When you are creating new logos and icons for your marketing efforts, make sure your graphic designer is creating them as vectored graphic files.  To put it simply, a file that is in vector format has outlines around all elements of the logo that allow it to be produced at any size.  A vector file is essential for screen printed table covers and a number of other products.  Asking your graphic designer about creating your logo as a vector file will save you lots of time and energy down the road and it will also allow you to produce beautiful, large-format graphics.Oultining

One of tXpressions_hard_case_kitahe most overlooked and under appreciated products in the the trade show marketing inventory is the table top display.  Often, the table top display is put together with limited effort and the display is almost an afterthought. However, just because a show is smaller does not mean that your table top display is a second class citizen.  Today, I want to talk about some ideas that will help make your table top displays more effective...

A few weeks ago, someone was putting together an article for an industry publication and they asked my opinion on how exhibitors can spruce up an older display system or how they can figure out when it is time to trash it.  Here were my thoughs....
