Portable Counters for Trade Shows & Events

One of the toughest things to do in event marketing is selecting the right portable counter.  When creating a portable counter, you have to take a number of factors into consideration. First, how much weight does the counter need to support? How portable does it need to be?  What is your budget?  You have to be willing to give something up in one area to gain something in another.  There simply isn't a portable counter that supports 500 lbs, weighs less than 50 lbs and costs less than $100.  Today I want to go over some products that you might find interesting and put some ideas out there...

You can pack two of these units in a single shipping case.  The Legend Portable Counter supports over 300 lbs and has a huge storage area and door.  The counter can be finished with a variety of laminates and the counter and case is available for under $1200.  Finally, if you are looking for a system that is light weight and affordable, I would encourage you to consider looking at the SOLO counter system. The SOLO provides a lightweight counter that is great for spotlighting graphics and easy to transport.  However, if you are looking for a counter to ship on a consistent basis, I would encourage you to consider the Exhibitline or Legend systems.
