Super Lightweight Portable Salesmate Table Top Display

In a blog post early last fall, we announced the introduction of the Salesmate Table Top display, which is a variation of our Xpressions display system.  This product is on our website and ready for purchase.  These units are ideal for mobile presentations, small trade shows and job fairs.  When open, the Salesmate is 43.875"w x 33.125"h and packs in a small carry bag.  The nice thing about this display is the graphics can be easily changed out depending on the event you are attending.  Just follow the link above and you will see a list of available graphic configurations.  Other custom options are also available.

High End Modular Table Top Display Options

I want to introduce a new table top display system that our Displayit staff has created over the last month.  This table top display was created from many of our standard Exhibitline components.  These elegant displays feature aluminum shelves, sleek low-voltage halogen lights, full color dye sub fabric graphics and the ability to support monitors.  Everything packs into a single, small, lightweight case with wheels.   It is rare to be able to have a high-end elegant table top display that can support monitors and still pack in an easy to transport case.  Click on some of the images below to see more. Plus you can browse our Exhibitline Micro table top display section at displayit.com

Make Your Table Top Displays More Effective

One of the best ways to make your trade show table top displays more effective is to add a custom printed table cover. 100_6471_3  An attractive printed table cover can actually double the amount of branding space you have for your display.  It is almost like you are turning your table top display into a full height exhibit.  Today, there are a variety of methods you can use for producing your table cover.  You can use a screen printing method that is great for large quantity orders and for matching PMS colors or you could do an economical vinyl heat transfer option that is perfect for quick turnarounds.  These types of printing techniques are somewhat limited as you cannot produce gradients or complex logos.  If you need to produce a table cover with a complex logo, I would recommend producing it via a full color printing process on fabric called dye-sublimation.  The nice thing about producing your table cover via dye-sublimation is you can print on a much larger portion of the table cover and really enhance your branding efforts.

How Do You Choose a Table Top Display

I want to put down some basic thoughts on what you need to know to select the right table top display for your trade shows or presentations.  Here are some questions to ask yourself and some products that might fit some various needs.

  1. How are you going to transport it? - If you are planning on attending local events and you are going to be transporting your table top display in a car or other vehicle, you have almost limitless options.  The most cost effective style of table top display is the tri-fold table top display.  This is a display that is covered with fabric that you can Velcro items to.  If you are doing local events, you could obviously select any style of display, but this is the niche where the tri-fold works. If you are shipping or going to out of town events, the tri-fold will not be a good option because it is more costly to ship.
  2. What are you displaying? - If you are planning on displaying a single, large graphic message, you might want to consider a Blast Fabric Pop-up Display or traditional pop-up display.  These create a very large high-impact message.  However, if you need to change graphics out frequently, you would probably want a standard fabric covered pop-up display or a traditional tri-fold display.
  3. What type of image do I need to project? - If you are attending a higher-end table top display event, you may need a little more sophisticated display.  If your neighbors will have a fancy display, you will need to do your best to keep up.  You might want to consider the Exhibitline Table Top Display.

One of tXpressions_hard_case_kitahe most overlooked and under appreciated products in the the trade show marketing inventory is the table top display.  Often, the table top display is put together with limited effort and the display is almost an afterthought. However, just because a show is smaller does not mean that your table top display is a second class citizen.  Today, I want to talk about some ideas that will help make your table top displays more effective...
